Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully examine your items to ensure they match your order and are free from manufacturing defects.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, email our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once the return is inspected at our warehouse.
